Many of us would have watched on top gear that accident that almost cost the presenter Richard Hammond his life and as we watched the footage we all would have seen that it was a blowout to the front right tyre that caused the accident, but now the owner of the high powered jet car has spoken out and blamed Hammond as he did not stick to safety rules where in the case of a puncture you should not touch the brakes and keep the power on
But I have a problem with that, as how can you keep going on the power as you need to slow down and also the only brake was a parachute
