Humanitarian Award for Clint

Veteran Hollywood actor and director Clint Eastwood is to receive the inaugural humanitarian award from the Motion Picture Association of America. The Jack Valenti Award will be presented to Eastwood at a private dinner in Washington DC on Tuesday.

Eastwood’s movie ‘Letters from Iwo Jima’ is up for best picture at the academy awards, and he has been nominated for directing the movie.
