It has been reported that Nicole Richie has expressed her fears to friend Paris Hilton that she thinks she could go to jail over DUI, Paris tried to tell her that it would all be ok but Nicole could not stop herself from freaking out
Nicole Richie was arrested on the 11th December in California for driving the wrong way along the freeway, once stopped by police she admitted to smoking marijuana and also taking Vicodin which is a strong painkiller
Howard Weitzman who represented Paris in her DUI will also represent Richie as well
