X Factor Winner Leona Lewis in $9.7m U.S Record Deal

Last years X Factor winner Leona Lewis has done what no other winner has done, and that is to sign a record deal in the U.S and it is said to be worth £5m ($9.7m), the man behind this fantastic deal for Leona is the man who discovered Whitney Houston, Clive Davis, 74 and do not think that he does not know about music of today because he is the mentor of both Alicia Keys and Justin Timberlake.
Simon Cowell has also maintained that Lewis is the best contestant they the X Factor has seen, things should go very well for the UK born girl as she recently had to perform in front of the best in the US record industry and one said “It’s like hearing the love child of Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey.”, and with a great comment she is bound to make it big in America

We love Leona and picked her out as the winner during her first audition. We wish her great success, but as with the X factor winners in the past and present, they seem to be heard and seen right after the show and then they disappear in the background for such a long time. we have all her music and hope she releases more soon. Carrie Underwood won the american Idol and afterwards it seemed she was out there in plain sight and clicking music out one after another and we hope the Brits start doing the same thing for Leona and as well as Alexandria Burke who won last year. we saw her on Xfactor last weekend and that is the first time I had heard any of her music since her winning debut song…..Come on Xfactor , promote these winners……….
