Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood is being honoured with Frances highest civilian honour, the Legion of Honour. French President Jacques Chirac will present Clint with the award at Elysee Palace Paris on Saturday.
The Dirty Harry star’s latest work as a director is Letters From Iwo Jima, which has received four Oscar nominations. Letter tells the story of the battle of Iwo Jima from Japanese prospective and is in Japanese. Clint’s other movie Flags of Our Fathers, tells the story of Iwo Jima from the American prospective.
