Britney Spears came out of a tattoo parlour with a small tattoo on the back of her neck, but that is not what people were looking at, oh no it was her new hair style, well when we say hairstyle she has not got any left as she has had it all shaved off.
People noticed her lack of hair while Britney had been checking in and out of a rehab centre, police had to be called to help control the crowds as people rushed to see the new look Britney.
