Bram Stoker Award Nominees announced

The nominations for this year’s Bram Stoker Awards that recognise superior achievement in horror writing have been announced by the Horror Writers Association. The lucky winners will be announced at the World Horror Convention in Toronto on March 31st.

Nominees for Novel are Lisey’s Story by Stephen King, Prodigal Blues by Gary A Braunbeck, Headstone City by Tom Piccirilli, Ghost Road Blues by Jonathan Maberry, and Pressure by Jeff Strand.

Nominees for First Novel are Ghost Road Blues by Jonathan Maberry, Bloodstone by Nate Kenyon, The Harrowing by Alexandra Sokoloff, and The Keeper by Sarah Langan.

Other categories include Long Fiction, Short Fiction, Anthology, Collection, Nonfiction, and Poetry.
