It has been reported that Britney Spears has checked herself out of Rehab for the second time in only a week, but she will certainly be tested now as Kevin Federline has made plans to got to court over a custody battle over their two children Jayden James who is 5 months old and Sean Preston who is 17 months old.
Federline wants sole custody of the children and spousal support as well, as the temporary court order that a judge issued on the 1st Feb runs out at the end of this month. Kevin Federline and his Lawyer will try to convince the Superior Court commissioner that this whole matter be handled quickly because of recent events involving the mother Britney Spears and her recent Rehab visits
