Comic Relief axe Goody

Jade Goody has been dropped from Comic Relief after the Big Brother race row. Jade was to appear in a spoof of a Question of Sport with Frank Skinner and Jack Dee. However, the organisers have decided to drop the sketch from the Red Nose Night charity telethon screened on March 16th.

A spokesman from Comic relief said, “The sketch felt out of date and they are concerned it could detract attention from the fundraising. Recent events have overtaken us and the show, which was recorded last November, now it feels out of date. Red Nose day is all about raising money and anything that could potentially detract from this is not helpful.”

Seems like Jade’s paying for her mistakes then! Though I don’t remember anyone getting treated this way when she was tagged a minger!
