Attorneys for a week now have been fighting over who will get the remains of Anna Nicole Smith, and now Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin has decided to set a deadline for Friday morning.
So looks like the attorneys for all Smith’s mother and Howard K. Stern have a fight not only against each other, but also against the clock.
The Judge wants this decision to be made soon because the chief medical examiner has warned that if Anna Nicole Smith’s body is left to long it will start to decompose, and that would not be good for public viewing.
