Liz Taylor’s 75th

Movie Icon Liz Taylor has just celebrated her 75th birthday at Medici Cafe and Terrace at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas. The screen ledged was decked out in white fur and glittering diamonds.

Guests at the private bash included Debbie Reynolds, her daughter, Carrie Fisher, magicians Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn, and model Kathy Ireland. Photographers sung “Happy Birthday” to Liz on her arrival.

Screen legend Debbie Reynolds said, she’s known Taylor since they were both 17 and under contract to MGM, and added, “We’ve had a very unusual friendship, and it’s lasted all these years.”

Liz and Debbie were both married to Eddie Fisher at separate times. Michael Jackson, one of Liz’s closest friends didn’t attend.

Just a little note: Did you know Liz Taylor is a Dame; she was honoured by the Queen in 2000.
