Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of battery, this happened at a hotel in Hollywood on the same day as the Academy Awards. The victim Gerard Rechnitzer gave a report to the police and stated that Combs had punched him in the face.
The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel is across the street form the Kodak Theatre which is where the Academy Awards were being held.
The alleged assault happened at 2.30 am. No comment has been made from the Combs camp
