George Michael is to be the first music artist to hold a concert at Wembley Stadium, The 9th June is when the concert will be held at the 90,000 capacity venue. Wembley Stadium was meant to be on the calendar of concerts for stars like Robbie Williams, Bon Jovi, and the Rolling Stones but Wembley Stadium has been hit by so many delays that they were all forced to change venues.
The managing director of Wembley Stadium Alex Horne said “It is fantastic news Michael would perform the first concert at the new venue.”
