Resident Evil III

The third instalment in the Resident Evil series is to be released on September 21st. This time round resident Evil heroin Alice, played by Milla Jovovich is joined by Ali Larter (NBC’s Heroes) who plays Claire Redfield, a leader of refugee’s trying to escape from the virus infected zombies.

Larter has this to say, “I think that that’s the coolest thing about the genre is that there can be two strong female leads. I mean, you don’t get to see that in a lot of movies. And that’s what I think was the most fun for me. One of the girls doesn’t have to be dumbed down. … We both get in there. We both kick butt, you know, and I think that was fun and I just really respond to playing these kinds of women.”
