American Idol will host a charity special next month and they have some big names lined up. Annie Lennox, Gwen Stefani and the fantastic Pink are set to show the girls how it is done. While we have Bono from U2, Josh Groban, Michael Buble and Simon Cowell group Il Divo will show the man how to do it.
Next month’s charity show is called Idol Gives Back and will help to spread both awareness and money for relief organizations for poverty that hit children in both the U.S and Africa.
The special charity show will be aired on the 24th April with the remaining six finalists singing all about compassion and hope. All we have to do is vote as normal, each vote that is cast sponsors of the show AT&T, Coca-Cola, and others will donate money to the chosen charities. But if you feel that you want to do your part then you will be able to ring a toll free number or via the internet to donate money
