Three year deal for Gromit

Aardman Animations and Sony Pictures have agreed a three-year deal after the end of their association with DreamWorks in January. David Sproxton, the co-founder of the Bristol based company said, “We are delighted.”

It was reported that DreamWorks had ended their relationship with Aardman after Losses were reported on their last two films, Wallace & Gromit Curse of the were-Rabbit went on to achieve an Oscar for best-animated feature.

Sony pictures are part of the Japanese Sony group and will finance promotion and Marketing once a movie gets the go ahead
