Anna Nicole Smith’s one time lawyer/partner Howard K Stern has dropped his attempt to oust DNA test results. Stern was told he was too late by three judges and withdrew his challenge in the court of appeal. Stern had agreed to the DNA test and waited a week after the test to file the challenge.
Stern is named on the birth certificate of Anna’s baby Dannielynn whose birth in the Bahamas last September has caused great interest. The paternity case it due in court on Tuesday, but officials are banned by Bahamian law to talk about the case.
