Whitney Huston divorce finalised

Orange County court judge Franz E Miller has approved Whitney Huston’s divorce and it will be finalised by April 24th. Whitney will also be awarded custody of daughter 14 year old Bobbi Christina.

Whitney declined to comment as she left the court. Bobby Brown’s lawyer has said Brown will file a petition to have the judge’s decision overturned. Whitney and Bobby have been married since 1992, but last September Whitney filed for separation and followed up with a divorce request in October; then in December, she requested a fast-track to dissolve the marriage.
