American Idol Simon Upsets Viewers

Viewers of last night’s American Idol saw Simon Cowell roll his eyes as one of the contestants made his condolences to the victims of the Virginia shootings. He was in fact chatting to fellow judge Paula Abdul and never heard the comments the contestant made. Simon was said to be “horrified.”

Cowell, who is also a judge for the UK’s X Factor, has been listed in the Sunday Times Rich list as the fastest climber in pop with a fortune estimated around £100 million.
