On-demand service for BBC

Viewers will be able to watch archive videos of their favourite programmes. The BBC is to launch their on-demand service on a trial basis, which can be downloaded from the BBC website and watched on-line. Once downloaded the programme will be available to view for 30 days.

The Trial, which will involve an estimated 20’000 viewers, will get access to hundreds of archive programmes including documentaries, soaps, comedy and drama.
