J Lo to earn £1,000,000 for 40 minutes

Singer Jennifer Lopez is going to rake in a massive £1,000,000 for performing a 40-minute private concert for a Russian billionaire. 35-year-old Andrei Melnichenko is paying £600,000 for the concert and £400,000 to fly J Lo and her entourage from the US to his Berkshire home, and will put them all up in a London hotel.

Melnichenko has spent the £1,000,000 on the concert as a treat for his wife Aleksandra’s birthday party this weekend. Also attending will be Chelsea’s Roman Abramovich. The bash will also include a circus and cabaret.

A source of J Lo’s has said: “It will be wall-to-wall billionaires in there. Andrei and Aleksandra are both very great fans of J-Lo, so Andrei put the call in and personally put the offer to her. She accepted immediately. She will sing for about 40 minutes – not bad money for the work.”
