Bedside Vigil as Richard’s Mum dies

Rolling Stone rocker Keith Richards kept a vigil at his mother’s bedside as she lay dying of cancer. Doris aged 91 diagnosed last year with the disease died peacefully with her son by her side.

Richards recently made the headlines when he was reported to have said he snorted his dead father’s ashes but in a statement later, he denied it. In March, the Band announced their “Bigger Bang 2007” tour.
