Cohen to portray Queen front man

Reports claim that Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen is to portray Freddie Mercury in a movie of the singer’s life. Cohen’s supposed resemblance to Mercury gave him the edge over Johnny Depp who was also in the running.

London born Cohen best known for his Ali G character is engaged to Australian actress Isla Fisher. Many of Cohen’s characters have been rude and offensive and have been criticised in the past.
