Corrie scraps Kidnap Scenes

Corrie bosses have decided to scrap kidnap scenes that have already be filmed due to the recent headlines about the kidnap in Portugal of Little Madeline McCann. The filmed kidnap of Freddie Peacock, which has been shelved, was due to run for months.
The Kidnap was a major storyline but due to current events, it may have to be re-written.
