The biological father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daughter Dannielynn has asked the court for sole custody of the child. Larry Birkhead was proven to be the father of Dannielynn after a DNA test; he had been awarded custody by the court but has asked to be the sole guardian. The childs grandmother Virgie Arthur is also fighting for custody.
The paternity battle that followed the death of celebrity and model Anna Nicole Smith in February this year had been headline news with Berkhead and Howard K Stern both claiming to be the father. Smith married elderly oil billionaire J Howard Marshall in 1994; she was 26 and Marshall was 89. Marshall died just over a year later.
I think that the court should give the baby to the father that is not intersted in the money but the happiness of the baby and the biolocial father seems he wants the money. Who agrees with me?
