The Street gets a new Romeo

Coronation Street is about to get a new Romeo. Comedian Sean Hughes is to join the cast of the long running soap as a married man who has an eye for the women. His first conquest is to be Eileen the Taxi controller.

Sean can be seen at present in the drama series The Last Detective currently on ITV1 playing the part of Mod Lewis. Viewers will be able to see the new man on screen in a few weeks time.
