Life on Mars stars to make Movie

The two main stars of the popular Life on Mars TV series have reunited to star in a new movie. John Simm who played Sam Tyler a detective who was transported back to 1973 after an accident, and Philip Glenister who played his boss Gene Hunt. The final episode of the show was seen on TV last month. Glenister is to return as DCI Hunt in a spin off series Ashes to Ashes.

The movie called Tuesday, which is currently being filmed, is set in the 80s and sees the stars swapping roles to play a couple of bank robbers.
