De Nero sued by insurance company

Hollywood actor Robert De Nero, is being sued by an insurance company for failing to declare information. De Nero was tested for prostate cancer whilst working on a movie, filming was delayed for several months due to treatment.

Reports claim De Nero signed the insurance forms days after the tests and it should have been declared.
De Nero who was diagnosed with cancer in 2003 has asked for the claims to be dismissed.
