The time is the 1800’s, the place, the Arctic Circle, Captain Witwicky suddenly falls through the ice and when scrabbling about put his hand on the hand of a robotic, his eyes move up to stop on the robotic eyes of Megatron, leader of the Decepticons. Megatron’s eyes stare back burning a map into the eyeglasses of Witwicky, a map showing the location of the life giving Allspark. The time is present day; Captain Witwicky’s spectacles have been handed down to his descendant Sam.
Present day: Decepticon Blackout attacks a USAF base in Quatar, downloads information from the bases computer then destroyes the base and deploys Scorponok who confronts a Special Forces team led by Captain Lennox and forces them to retreat into the desert. Lennox and the remained of his team find a village where Lennox contacts the Pentagon, who send a jet to fight Scoronok.

Sam Witwicky purchases his first motorcar, which happens to be Autobot Bumblebee. The Autobots come looking for Captain Witwicky’s spectacles, they hide in Sam’s yard when the nefarious Sector 7 turns up to raid Sam’s house. Finally The Autobots face and fight the Decepticons, a fight that begins at the Hoover Dam and terminates with Optimus Prime facing Megaton in Los Angeles.
