Remember the last series of X Factor where Same Difference came third in the show, well it seems that the sister and brother act who sings songs like they are appearing in a High School Musical movie, has signed a £1 million record deal with Simon Cowell.
We knew from the start that Simon had a close relationship with the duo, which is one of the reasons why Simon signed them to his record label. After X Factor Same Difference only had a one single deal, but that had been delayed so the pair is so happy that they are now able to record a whole album.
The bubbly singing duo will work with Cowell’s close friend Pete Waterman, who was the man who made Kylie Minogue famous. Sarah from Same Difference has this to say “We were on the train to London when we got the call.” She then went on to say “I think we probably deafened all the passengers because we were screaming so much, we still can’t believe it - we are so happy.”
The writers behind smash hits from High School Musical and X Factor star Leona Lewis will be writing new material for them.
