Ashlee Simpson is still keeping us guessing to weather or not she is expecting her first child or not. Earlier this month Ashlee and Pete Wentz announced their engagement and straight away sources were saying that she was expecting.
Ashlee and Pete have appeared on numerous TV appearances and every time they have failed to clear up the pregnancy rumours and to add to the rumours they even made a video showing Ashlee wearing a fake baby bump.
When Ashlee appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show she would not answer the questions that she was asked about the pregnancy. When Ellen asked Ashlee “Are you or are you not pregnant?” Ashlee said that “Well, that has been going on for quite a while. That is something that I choose personally not to discuss“.
Ellen made one final attempt to catch Ashlee out and asked, “Is it a boy or a girl?” Ashlee laughed and said “You’re funny“.
In other news Pete Wentz has thanked Ashlee Simpson and his regular therapy sessions with helping him overcome his depression. In the past it’s said that he was once so depressed that he tried to kill himself. He has also said that his relationship with Ashlee has made him more emotionally balanced.
Pete said that “The hardest thing about depression is that it is addictive. It begins to feel uncomfortable not to be depressed. You feel guilty for feeling happy. I think I’ve come to terms with that over the last six months. I’m in a happier place… Things are so good with Ashlee. To be in a position where you’re with your best friend and you can hang out with them all the time is great. I never have moments of doubt with her“.

No, I don’t think she is pregnant. I think this is all a publicity stunt. I think she is using this publicity for her album. She has denied it on ellen I think just by saying she doesn’t look like she’s had 10 cheeseburgers. She means it doesn’t look like she is pregnant! ANd now they’re saying in magazines that she is drinking while being pregnant and she hasn’t even confirmed it! That was last month she was drinking. 1 month pregnant? Not showing yet? I don’t think so!
