It has been reported that Tom Cruise is trying to persuade David Beckham to Follow Scientology saying that “Scientology is a life-changing and wonderful thing.” It’s said that Tom has previously tried to convert Victoria over to the controversial religion but had no success so it looks like he is trying to convince David.
A source said that “Tom hasn’t quite given up on persuading David that Scientology is a life-changing and wonderful thing. But he tends to see David privately. He thinks David is more malleable than Victoria. She is less pliable, stronger and more opinionated.”
According to reports Victoria’s relationship with Katie Holmes, has come under a lot of strain lately because of Victoria’s reluctance to embrace Scientology. I do not understand why this should affect their friendship.
A source said that “Katie and Tom want to surround themselves with fellow Scientologists these days, and they are distancing themselves from anyone who is not a believer. For Tom, a non-believer like Victoria is very dangerous. She is opinionated, strong-minded, privately very against Scientology and has voiced her doubts.”
Now I don’t know what you think but surely it is up to the individual person what they follow and this sounds to me that Tom is putting to much pressure on the Beckham’s.
What do you think? Should David and Victoria follow Scientology?
source
Victoria Beckham’s views of Scientology affect the friendship only because Scientology has a policy called “disconnection.” Scientologists are taught that their spiritual progress will be blocked if they have any connection to a “suppressive person” (SP, anyone critical of Scientology). If a Scientologist does not cut all contact with the suppressive person, they are considered a “Potential Trouble Source” (PTS) to Scientology and they may themselves be declared an SP. You may remember the acronyms SP and PTS from the infamous leaked video of Tom Cruise.
The disconnection policy has torn families apart, separating children from parents and triggering divorces.

Tom is undoubtedly really pressuring the Beckhams. He has no character, because to attempt to get one member of a couple (who has children) into such a cult when the other is clearly resistent to it is tantamount to trying to break them up. Of course, that’s typical for Tom, since he allowed the “church” to break up his marriage with Nicole, and tried to break up Steven Spielberg and his wife Kate Capshaw, who had a really bad experience with Scientology and was resistant to it. If it’s not bad enough for those marriages to be broken up, just imagine what happens to the children roped into that stuff — Jenna Miscavige Hill was just on Nightline talking about it. Astra Woodcraft, Kendra Wiseman and Mark Headly have spoken about their experiences in the cult as well, and it’s not good.
Scientology is desperate for another celeb, one with more cache than Cruise has, to join its ranks. The “church” has become very, very unpopular, as has its aging stable of former stars (Cruise, Travolta, Kirstie Alley). They want the Beckhams, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith, and other up-and-comers, so they can restore their revenue stream through both the multi-millionaires themselves, and the groupies who would follow them.
Scientology is a dangerous, criminal organization with very insidious marketing practices. Once they have people roped in, the shiny white smiles disappear and sharp, pointy fangs come out. It sucks people in, takes all their money, rigidly controls their thinking, and disassociates them from loved ones and the truth. People get chewed up and spit out by this monstrous “church”, which has tentacles throughout society.
Be careful, everyone. There don’t have to be any more victims if everyone gets informed. See http://www.xenu.net, or exscientologykids.org.

Should David follow Scientology?
Dunno, how does he feel about an oppressive cult who has a known history of destroying families, stalking and harassing ex-members and critics, has a pay-for-play structure without full disclosure at the beginning like other religions, and is known to force child labor per Jenna Miscaviage Hill on Nightline last week.
I’m going to go with NO.
Just a quick peek at ANY source outside of the official ‘church’ sources is very very telling. No wonder they want to control all communication and public relation about themselves. With that kind of thing going on, I wouldn’t want anyone investigating either.

L Ron Hubbard’s Use of the “Confusion Technique” to Induce Hypnosis in Scientology.
Here is a link to a lecture LRH gave in 1952 regarding Hypnosis, Dear Alice and the use of the confusion technique with the E-meter.
http://www.lermanet.com/exit/confusion-technique.htm
In a third T.R., called “Dear Alice” one Scientologist keeps repeating lines from Alice in Wonderland while his partner “acknowledges him.”
*****
The Alice in Wonderland confusion technique is found in this counterintelligence interrogation manual written in 1963:
Alice in Wonderland
The aim of the Alice in Wonderland or confusion technique is to confound the expectations and conditioned reactions of the interrogatee. He is accustomed to a world that makes some sense, at least to him: a world of continuity and logic, a predictable world. He clings to this world to reinforce his identity and powers of resistance.
The confusion technique is designed not only to obliterate the familiar but to replace it with the weird. Although this method can be employed by a single interrogator, it is better adapted to use by two or three. When the subject enters the room, the first interrogator asks a doubletalk question — one which seems straightforward but is essentially nonsensical. Whether the interrogatee tries to answer or not, the second interrogator follows up (interrupting any attempted response) with a wholly unrelated and equally illogical query. Sometimes two or more questions are asked simultaneously. Pitch, tone, and volume of the interrogators’ voices are unrelated to the import of the questions. No pattern of questions and answers is permitted to develop, nor do the questions themselves relate logically to each other. In this strange atmosphere the subject finds that the pattern of speech and thought which he has learned to consider normal have been replaced by an eerie meaninglessness. The interrogatee may start laughing or refuse to take the situation seriously. But as the process continues, day after day if necessary, the subject begins to try to make sense of the situation, which becomes mentally intolerable. Now he is likely to make significant admissions, or even to pour out his story, just to stop the flow of babble which assails him. This technique may be especially effective with the orderly, obstinate type.
Frank G, try this analogy to better understand:
The leaders of Scientology are like Scientologist Charles Manson, brainwashing innocent people to commit their crimes. The followers ‘are like’ the helpless brainwashed naked girls committing murder because their mind was warped and they don’t know any better.
You have been modified. Your reality is an illusion.

Scientology is a life changing experience!
Don’t ask what Scientology can give you,
Ask what you can give to Scientology!
If you have money give it to Scientology!
It you have property give it to Scientology!
If you are young, give us your youth!
If you’re hardworking, work for us!
There is nothing you can give, we won’t take.
Together we can cross the bridge and build a new world!
Scientology is a religion.
Scientology is a study of science.
We are always right.
Religion is never wrong.
We are never wrong.
Science does great things.
We do great things.
People who question us are religious bigots.
We hate religious bigots. You should hate religious bigots too.
Don’t talk to religious bigots. They are not your friends or family.
Fair gaming religious bigots is okay. They are beneath us.
We call non-scientologist ‘wog’s
Wog is a racial slur against Indians and Asians in general.
But that is okay, we aren’t Indian or Asian.
Nazis invented psychiatry (the study of the mind).
Good people hate Nazis
We are good people.
We hate psychiatry.
Nazis cruel psychological experiments killed people in their death camps!
Contrary to the history books and everything known, Nazis DID NOT believe in eugenics and the breeding the Master race. They believed in psychiatry instead!
Psychiatry was The final solution.
Nazis invented the submarine. We hate submarine.
Nazis invented the jet engine. We hate the jet engine.
Nazis invented the tiger tank. We hate tanks and tigers, especially tigers in tanks!

“According to reports Victoria’s relationship with Katie Holmes, has come under a lot of strain lately because of Victoria’s reluctance to embrace Scientology. I do not understand why this should affect their friendship.”
Simple, because anyone who criticizes or is opposed to their beliefs is automatically labeled a PTS (Potential Trouble Source), a “wog” (the Scientologist’s term for the rest of humanity), or worst of all an SP (Suppressive Personality, which is the 2% of humanity that is the source of all things wrong in this world). If a member’s friends and family disagree with the Scientologist’s beliefs, they are pressured to “disconnect” from them. As in sever all ties and stop communicating with them.
Scientology is currently under a great deal of legal scrutiny throughout Europe, been officially declared a cult in Germany, and has been found guilty of serious crimes within the United States (as in undermining the government, sedition, and major civil rights violations).
People should listen to Mark Bunker’s extremely insightful interview with actor and former CoS member Jason Beghe and judge for themselves. http://xenutv.wordpress.com/2008/04/21/jason-beghe-interview/

Nobody should join the shady cult - it’s a destructive organization on so many levels, and exercises policies that often cross over to the criminal, and for the most part, are highly immoral.
Anyone doubting the sinister nature of CoS should do a little research on-line, watch the plentiful videos of scientilogists harassing and sending private investigators after crittics, spreading lies about them, and in extreme cases, trying to frame them for crimes.
Search YouTube for “Clearwater Scientology Hearings, Paulette Cooper” to see the extremes the “Church” is willing to go to silence criticism against them.
Fortunately the public is being made aware of the dangers of this organization these days, and may the protests continue as long as it takes for the whole scam to implode.

tom cruise is a FAILURE as a roman catholic, as a ‘man’ and as an actor and everyone is finally seeing it for themselves - he is a creepy weird little control freak who should MIND HIS OWN BUSINESS and get lost - he is against psychotherapy because he is afraid of the truths he would learn about himself - katie should take that child who clearly has not one bit of his dna and run far and fast
