The makers of Sex And The City: The Movie have come under fire. New Yorkers are not happy that they are not premiering the movie there because it is the home of the award-winning TV series.
The film is due to premiere in London which is two weeks before it is unveiled in New York on the 12th May.
A spokesperson for the film company said that “It was simply a question of logistics and scheduling. We’re still planning the big premiere to be in New York. Everyone knows New York City is the fifth character. The city is the epicentre of all things Sex and the City“.
It has just been announced that the makers of Sex And The City: The Movie have decided to downsize the world premiere in London because of the response they got from the people in New York.
The company have released a statement saying that it will now be a less high profile event then the one that will take place in New York.
A spokesman said that “London will be much smaller. The whole cast isn’t even going. We’re still planning the big premiere to be in New York.”

i just have a small question, just a couple of days back i saw an ad on tv about a new sitcom that will be coming soon, this programme is actually from the makers of sex and the city, does anyone know what it might be called? i’ve seem to forgot the name.
