Tom Cruise has just recorded a two-part special on the Oprah Winfrey Show, and this time there is no sign of the pint sized star jumping up and down on a sofa expressing his love for Katie Holmes. The show is to celebrate 25-years of Cruise’s showbiz career which started way back when he stared in Risky Business. This time round Tom Cruise was much calmer, maybe he learned how much of a fool he looked last time or maybe he was worried what the studio would say this time round.
The two-part Oprah Winfrey show which features an interview with Cruise will air on Friday and Monday. Katie Holmes along with the couple’s two-year-old daughter Suri was also on the show. The first part of the interview was filmed at Tom’s home in Telluride, Colorado while the second part of the Oprah was filmed at her Chicago studio with an audience.
In the show Oprah touches on many subjects such as if he feels if he is misunderstood and if he thinks if he has come under attack unnecessarily. Oprah also talks about how he has criticized Brooke Shields for when she was taking antidepressants.
Tom Cruise has had such a great career however; his earlier movies has to be his best, the two movies that stand out for me has to be Top Gun and A Few Good Men.

This interview makes me want to vomit……..he’s weird weird weird…
Tom Cruise is damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t. As just one example, as he pointed out in the interview; he never used to talk about Scientology in interviews, so the media said he was being “secretive.” Then he started talking about it and they said he was “preaching.”
If he jumps on the couch he’s crazy, if he acts conservative in an interview, like he did with Oprah, then he weird.
He’s just a guy who happens to be an actor. Nance, the fact that he makes you want to vomit says volumes about you. To react so violently to someone who is just sitting down and talking….well, I’m sure if someone put a magnifying glass on YOUR life, like they do Cruise, we’d see some pretty weird stuff surrounding you.
if you have to be on antidepressant to be with a spouse (either) a man or a woman
you don’t need to be with that persom at all they don’t do your body any good ….
