Mischa Barton Battles With Paparazzo Over Topless Snaps

It has been reported that Mischa Barton is in a battle with paparazzo Jamie Fawcett over Topless Snaps that he took of her while she was sunbathing topless in Australia. These photos have now appeared in an Australian magazine and online.

It’s said that Mischa has also accused Jamie of disrupting her vacation with her mother Nuala on Hamilton Island, off Australia’s East Coast.

Mischa has said that “We went out from Hamilton to a tiny island to relax in the sun and all of a sudden Jamie Fawcett jumped out of a bush with a massive camera lens and took photos of me. He’d followed us in a boat! He’s a ridiculous human being. I’ve never abhorred anyone more. I was so angry I went up to him and said how disappointed I was with his behaviour. He apologised but he was very insincere.”

Jamie who took the photos said that “We spoke to each other on the island, and that’s when I showed her my camera and I hadn’t taken any shots of her topless. I did warn her it was a public place, and if she wanted privacy she shouldn’t be there. I’m not a perv, and I didn’t intentionally mean to embarrass her. I don’t just set out and start my day thinking I want to get any celebrity topless.”
