Britney Spears to go head-to-head with Whitney Houston

It has been reported that Britney is set to go head-to-head with Whitney Houston in a Christmas battle. Britney is currently trying to get herself back on track following her troubled few months that saw her admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
It’s said that she has impressed bosses with her new material and they want her to take on Whitney for this years Christmas number one.
A source said that “Britney has been on fire in the studio of late. During recording sessions for her last album ‘Blackout’ she was consumed by her private life. But she is determined to make a triumphant comeback. Her bosses have been amazed by the quality of tracks they’ve heard. Whitney is set for another re-launch at the same time later in the year. They are determined Britney will come out on top.”
Whitney is also set to work with some of the biggest music stars on her new album.
Whitney is set to team up with Akon on her next single and she will also be working with will.i.am, R. Kelly and John Legend.
