For those of us who followed last years Big Brother you will remember Chanelle Hayes who thought that she was Victoria Beckham. Well now she is trying to launch a pop career. Her single which you can hear below ‘I Want It’ was written by former Phats & Small singer Ben Ofoedu. I think that Chanelle sounds like Britney a few years ago what do you think? Chanelle has said that she will abandon her singing career if her debut single “I Want It” is not a success.
Chanelle has said that “I’ve spent time in the recording studio and I’ve got all these songs for an album so if the single is a success then I’ll do an album. But if it’s not then I won’t inflict any more pain on you all. I’ve had dancing and singing lessons and lessons on how to hold a mic. I’m really enjoying it, I love it. I’m dead proud of the single.”
To me she is still trying to be Victoria, and as you can see in he video below she has even died her hair dark to look more like her.

It’s nothing special, yeah agree with her sounding slightly like Britney, but that’s with the enhancements, would have respected her more if with a more of a balled song that should off any talent that she may have in singing. The video was ok but not very tasteful.

she could have done something for kids because she has a sweet voice and she is a good singing but the song make her sound bad but in realltiy she is good. i agree the video was ok but it was tasteless .
