The White House have released pictures of the private wedding between First daughter Jenna Bush and Henry Hager on Saturday the 10th May 2008. Jenna wore an Oscar de la Renta gown. President Bush’s daughter Jenna Welch Bush married Henry Chase Hager who is a graduate student and son of a former Virginia lieutenant governor.
Jenna and Henry exchanged their wedding during an outdoor ceremony at the president’s ranch just outside of Crawford. Jenna’s twin, Barbara, was maid of honor and Henry’s brother John was best man.
According to reports President Bush and Jenna picked “You Are So Beautiful” for their father-daughter dance. And Jenna and Henry’s first dance was “Lovin’ in My Baby’s Eyes” by Taj Mahal this was performed by The Tyrone Smith Revue.
President Bush said that “Our little girl, Jenna, married a really good guy. The wedding was spectacular. It’s just — it’s all we could have hoped for” just before he boarded Air Force One for his flight back to Washington.
It’s said that more than 200 family and friends were entertained by the Tyrone Smith Revue. The musicians gave Jenna and Henry what Tyrone described as a “get down” party.
