It seems Michael Bay and 3D should be a match made in heaven but some may beg to dither, the latest news is that the all new movie Transformers 2 is coming in 3D style which I personally love the idea of. A new promotional PDF which has been released by Dolby for this year’s ShoWest actually lists the movie Transformers 2 under 2009’s 3D features which is right alongside the very well known 3D flicks like AVATAR and Tintin.
Michael Bay has not yet updated his site so there in no confirmation is this is true or not, but then there is no denying the matter, his last Transformers film where robots fought each other brought in a staggering $319 million, Transformers 2 coming in 3D seems a very good move because of the action and edge of your seat wow factor pumping through your veins. Apparently the sequel will start principle photography on the 2nd of June in Pennsylvania.
Comic2Film were the ones that noticed in the Dolby News release for the ShoWest 2008 that Transformers 2 was listed as a 3D film slated for 2009, Transformers robots in 3D disguise. So all we are waiting on is Mr Michael Bay to confirm this, so Mr Bay if you get to read this please do drop us a line and let us know because we are intrigued oh and very excited.
Whilst we are waiting on Michael Bay please let us know if you think Transformers 2 coming in 3D is a good idea or not?
dude, Mike totally should make this 3D.
