Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon held their wedding reception to celebrate their recent nuptials with their family and friends after they tied the knot in secret in the Bahamas on the 30th April 2008. It’s reported that Mariah and Nick arrived in a black Rolls Royce just after 8pm. The park closed at 6pm to the public and then was decorated with pink and purple balloons ready for the reception. The reception went on till around Midnight and it seems that everyone had a great time.
A source that is close to Mariah said that “She booked all of Six Flags Magic Mountain for Tuesday night. She got the idea from Ellen DeGeneres, after going to her carnival-themed 50th birthday party at the weekend.”
Mariah has said that she would love to have kids soon and she said that “I always said if I found the right person who I felt would be on the same page as me in term of raising kids and having the same belief system, we’d have kids.”
Congratulations to them both.
