Jurors in R Kelly child pornography trial shown Sex video

The jurors at the trial of R Kelly have now been shown the sex video, which is at the center of the child pornography case. In the video it shows a man having sex with a woman, and it is in this video that it is alleged that R&B star Kelly is having sex with what is thought to be a 13 year old child. However; as we know R Kelly is strongly denying that he filmed himself having sex with an underage child, his lawyer who is defending him has said that the video did not show him or the alleged victim.

The girl who is alleged to be in the sex tape is now 23, has said that it is not her in the video footage that was shown to the jurors. Just before the sex tape was shown, the prosecutor Shauna Boliker had told the juror, that they would “see the sex acts he commands her to do,” she also added “Acts you have never seen before.” Prosecutor Boliker did tell the juror that the alleged victim would not be called to the stand, and she did not bother to give a reason. Mr. Kelly’s lawyer has seen the footage and said that, his client has a mole on the lower part of his back, and the man in the video has not. His lawyer also said that not a single witness, not even the FBI could identify the man who appears in the sex tape.

If R Kelly is found Guilty, then he could face at least 15 years in jail.
