Clay Aiken to be father: artificially inseminated Jaymes Foster-Levy

I just love weird news and they do not get weirder than this, there are reports that Clay Aiken is to become a father. Oh yes you have heard it right, and it gets weirder than that, there are reports that the mother of his child is his close friend Jaymes Foster-Levy. It seems that Aiken artificially inseminated his best friend to get her pregnant. According to TMZ, Clay 29 has said that he will be an active father to the baby, Levy is 50.

When people first heard that former American Idol contestant Clay Aiken was to become a father they were shocked, this is due to the fact that the singer’s sexuality has been one of mystery. Many of his fans believe that he is in fact gay, but Aiken has never once declared his sexuality publicly. The baby is due in August, so it seems that not only do Aiken and Levy make music together, they also make babies as well. Jaymes Foster-Levy is the sister to record mogul David Foster.

If this is in fact true, then it looks as though Clay Aiken has done a very nice thing for his friend, the thing is she is divorced and still has no children, so it seems as if the two came up with the best possible solution for her to become a mother at such a late age.

Let us hope that Clay does play a part in the child’s life, hell it might even help him come up with some great new songs.

    Better check your facts! If you had done your homework you would know that Clay Aiken has said he is not gay! He said it immediately after coming off of Idol. After saying it for 3 years he decided to stop discussing it because no one believed him anyway. And it’s not his fans who think he’s gay, it’s the media and non fans. By the way, Jaymes is not 50. She is in her 40′s.

    FM, have you never heard of the very real process that millions of couples go through to have a baby when the traditional way isn’t working. It is also known as In Vitro and word has it Aiken and Foster are a couple and wanted a child. Yes, she is 50, and what is so weird about that? No one blinks a freakin eye when these older men hook up with younger women. I say go Jaymes if this is what you want. She is a pretty gal and he is a good looking guy by my female standards and I am 27. Whatever your reasons for calling this odd…well it is not really in today’s world. Love happens to people. Go for it when you are lucky enough to find.

    Hmmmm…seems some people are in denial inlcuding Clay). I agree with the older woman, younger man thing (nothing wrong with that) and yes, millions of couples go through in vitro, but they have both said that they are NOT a couple. For a man to be 29 and to think that his only option is in vitro would most certainly lead people to think he’s gay. I don’t really CARE if he’s gay, some of my best friends are gay. But I really do BELIEVE he is gay.

    Regardless, many men who are straight are going with surrogacy and many older women like Foster have to have the child first made in a petri dish. It helps rule out birth defects as well.

    Ricky Martin repeatedly said he was straight and so did Clay. Over and over people would call them liars.

    And maybe Aiken and Foster are really a couple. He hasn’t said they aren’t.
