A big winner at yesterdays 2008 MTV Movie Awards was Transformers, as the film walked away with the Best Movie award. Director Michael Bay and sexy Megan Fox both went on stage to accept the award. Bay said “This is the coolest award. We’re starting Transformers 2 tomorrow.” He then went on to say I want to thank the amazing cast, including Shia and Megan.” However some of the speech from Megan had to be bleeped for the American audience, she shouted down the mic “The second one is gonna be bad ass.”
It seems as if it was the night for big budget movies, the best movie I have seen so far this year also picked up an award. Come on you know that I am talking about Iron Man, Robert Downey Jnr and the rest of the cast of the Marvel Comics movie grabbed the Best Summer Movie So Far award. Seth Rogan and James Franco were the ones presenting the award, the starts pretended to smoke marijuana while announcing the award, Robert was so cool when he came to the stage, and he just thanked them both for “that intoxicating introduction”.
Director Jon Favreau said “I’d love to thank all the fans. The whole cast, Gwyneth, Coldplay.” We now look forward to the day that we can go to the cinema and see Transformers 2 and Iron Man 2.
If you had to choose a favourite out of Iron Man or Transformers, which would you pick?

I can’t decide at all… the Transformers movie was really cool and real, but the Iron Man movie was just fantastic in story line and action…
Transformers
Pros: Great Movie, good story line, awsome graphics, good fight scenes, good for the whole family
Cons: Jazz died =(
Iron Man
Pros: again Great Movie, wonderfull storyline, awsome graphics, a few good fighting scenes, good for the family (especially Marvel fans)
Cons: I wanted more action in his 2nd suit
they are pretty much tied…
