Actually, it&#039;s the other way around.  Lee lied on his resume because of the assumptions other people make, not because Lee can&#039;t prove himself on his own merit.  It was clear that for Lee it was a really hard spot that he couldn&#039;t succeed at college, but that doesn&#039;t mean he can&#039;t succeed at business.  It was quite clear that Lee did own up to his mistake, and he didn&#039;t see his mistake as tantamount to being a failure.  He was quite honest overall, and a resume is only a tool to get you through the interview, and clearly it did just that.</description>

		<description>The outcome of the apprentice with Lee winning makes an entire mockery of the whole job application / job interview process. Many stuidents work very hard for their University qualifications and often at much personal cost. I am sure many graduates are thinking to themselves &#039;what is the point of this degree when all I need do is invent the whole thing on my CV&#039;.

Mr Sugar would have sent out a very strong message on the value of qualifications and the importance of being honest by not hiring Lee.
Unfortunately the hiring of Lee sends out a very clear message to the contrary ....</description>
