Linda does not seem to be happy that she is flaunting her new lover who is 19 in front of her ex Hulk Hogan but she has also filed an emergency court motion asking a Florida judge to throw Hulk in jail for failing to pay her the agreed $4.2 million to buy an apartment in Las Vegas
It’s said that Linda is asking that Hulk whose real name is Terry Bollea, be held in contempt of court and jailed until he pays. But a court order requires them to share the purchase of the condo at The Palms hotel and spa. Linda is asking that he be jailed in Pinellas County and that’s where their son is currently serving an eight-month sentence after pleading no contest to causing a crash that seriously injured his friend.
An assistant for Hulk Hogan’s lawyer says the attorney was out of the office and not immediately available.
