So here we are again this is the second results show for So You Think You Can Dance and last night tonight two dancers one male, one female will have their dreams of becoming America’s favourite dancer come to an end. The show opened up with a fantastic dance number choreographed by Shane Sparks.
So after introducing the judges, Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy and Mia Michaels Cat Deeley calls the first three couples to the stage. Katee and Joshua are the first to find out their fate and yes they are safe and will perform next week.
Next up was Twitch and Kherington, aka Twitchington Sadly, Chelsea T. and Thayne are in the bottom three, but Twitchintgon will be dancing again next week. Up next were Chelsie H. and Mark and they find out that they will be joining Twitchington and Katee and Joshua next week.
Up next was Matt and Kourtni L they were shown a clip from last night before they are told to wait while Will and Jessica are told their fate. Luckily, both couples are safe. Susie and Marquis are told that they are in the bottom three. Chris’s and Courtney G. and Gev’s dances, we learn that Comfort and Chris are in the bottom three.
So now we come to the solos First up is Chelsea T., who does a beautiful ballet/contemporary routine. Thayne is next and he also does a contemporary routine, but his has a couple gymnastics moves thrown in. Susie does a freestyle routine with a lot of salsa in it.Marquis does a contemporary freestyle that is fun and has great technique. Comfort is the final female to dance and she decides to do a freestyle. Chris is the final male and he does a ballet/contemporary dance.
So the judges have decide Nigel asks Chelsea to step forward and tells here that she is safe. Susie then steps forward and so does Comfort he then tells them that Comfort is staying and Susie is sadly going home.
The guys are next and Nigel points out that the three of them are contemporary dancers. We find out that sadly Marquis is being sent home, much to the disappointment of the audience.
So there you have it, the final sixteen have been decided on So You Think You Can Dance.
