Film based on Paul Potts to go into production

It has just been announced that a film based on opera singer Paul Potts life is set to go into production. The movie which is called ‘One Chance’, will chronicle the rags to riches story of the former mobile phone salesman who launched his opera career after appearing on British TV talent show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’.

It’s said that the film will be a comedy-drama and it is being produced by Simon Cowell.

After being crowned the winner of Britain’s got Talent last year Paul’s first album also called ‘One Chance’ propelled him into the mainstream selling just over two million copies. The script for ‘One Chance’ the film will be written by Justin Zackham.
