This is the festival we have al been waiting for and we can now report that the gates have now been opened for the dozens of early birds out of the 100,000-plus music lovers that are expected to be attending this year’s Glastonbury Festival.
It’s reported that festival goers are already hitting the bars on the Pilton site to prepare for three days of live music and dancing and to make sure they get the prime camping spots. Are you there?
There is still time for those of you who have not yet got your tickets because there are 3,000 are still up for grabs but its said that you need to purchase them before you get to the festival because you can not buy them on the gate.
Acts playing the event include headliners Kings of Leon, Jay-Z and The Verve, as well as the likes of Amy Winehouse, Massive Attack, Groove Armada and not forgetting the one and only Shakin’ Stevens.
