Kate Nash opens up Glastonbury Festival on the Pyramid stage

Kate Nash was one of the first to open up this years Glastonbury Festival on the Pyramid stage at 10.50am (BST). Kate’s stage set had an under-the-sea theme, with her piano situated in the middle of half an oyster shell. Kate performed tracks from her debut album ‘Made Of Bricks’ and cheered up the enormous crowd.

When Kate sung her Skeleton Song she was joined on stage by two blonde afro-wig-wearing girls in skeleton costumes. It’s said that just before the end of her set, Kate thanked the crowd for getting up so early to see her, saying that “It’s been an honour to open the festival – I hope you have a good time.”
