James Gostelow who was the fan who got punched by Amy Winehouse at the Glastonbury festival has claimed that Amy Winehouse has hit out at the wrong person. Amy lashed out at James Gostelow after an over amorous fan tried to grab at her during her Saturday night performance at Glastonbury.
James insists that Amy attacked him after a fellow fan threw a hat at her, mistakenly believing he was responsible. James said that “I saw a hat being thrown from behind me and it hit Amy’s beehive. She looked down, saw me looking up, and her elbow went for me. She caught my forehead, then someone may have shouted something from the back, which is when she went in again. At the end of the day it is all part of being at the front and being pushed by thousands of people. It is all part of the Glastonbury experience. I’m just pleased I got to see her. She did a great act. Not everyone can say they have been hit by Amy Winehouse. I just want to shake the person who threw the hat.”
The incident occurred when Amy closed her set on the Pyramind Stage with a rendition of her biggest hit ‘Rehab’. Which is clearly where this girl needs to be. After her set Amy was whisked back to The London Clinic but walked out sometime later which has sparked rumours that she will be back on drugs.
A spokesman for Amy confirmed she had left the clinic and would be treated as an outpatient.
I do not understand why her dad has not just sectioned her so that she can get the help she needs.

Amy Winhouse is an attention seeker. But getting attention in the pop world makes an artist rich, she is doing waht she can to get very rich.
I wouldn’t worry about her at all. Most of the world can’t afford food let alone a choice of uppers and downers.

Listen girly, we love ya but u need to look at ya self!!! punching a man like that, us normal people would of got 1 year in prison for g.b.h. So u should go say sorry to that guy or somthing cos he seems like a nice person too me. If that was me u punched i would off have your arse locked up!!!!!
